Once we have received your box(es) and confirmed receipt of all your Books, CDs, DVDs and/or Games we will despatch your cheque or paypal payment within ten working days. Parcels may take between 3-5 working days to reach our warehouse. They may then take a further three working days to be processed. Although most customers will receive their payment within 14 days, please allow up to 21 days to receive your cheque from the day you despatch your items to us.

If you have sent in multiple packages it is possible that we have not received all of them yet. Log in to your account and you can check the status of your trade and whether it has been received.

In the unlikely event of any package going missing, please contact us and we can assist you in tracking your shipment. You can track your shipment yourself using the tracking number on the receipt given to you when you dropped off your parcels at the Collect+ drop-off point. Enter your tracking number here:
