To check, adjust screen to brightest setting and go to the "reset" screen, open a new "note" or anything that displays a white screen. Check the screen is fully working by navigating and swiping in all areas of the screen.
  • Are there any scratches, cracks or chips on the screen?

  • Are there any scratches, cracks or chips on the casing of the device?
Choose NO if the casing and bezel are free of any scratches, cracks, chips, dents, bends or other damage that requires the casing or bezel to be replaced. Choose NO if any feature or function of the device is damaged or not properly functioning. This may include keys, buttons, Touch ID, cameras, sim card trays, headphone jacks or sockets etc.
  • Is your device locked to any network?
Choose NO if the device will accept any sim card and work on all cellular networks. Phones from major networks (EE, Vodafone, O2, 3 etc) are usually locked to that network by default. Please contact your network to get your phone unlocked. It is much cheaper for you to do this than it is for us if we receive a network locked phone. Please see our FAQs for more information.

Unlike other sites Zapper do things a little different. We are dedicated to our price promise, ensuring that the price we quote is the price we pay.

Many other sites inflate their offer prices knowing that they will offer you less once the device has been inspected (even if they claim they won’t).

That is where we differ. We don’t want to over promise and under deliver and that is why we require you to accurately complete the condition questions so that the price we promise, is the price we pay.

We use the same industry standard condition grading tests as all of our competitors, the difference being we ask that you notify us of the condition prior to sending us the device, so that we can confidently honour the original offer price.
