THE STATUS ON MY TRADE SAYS "WAITING" - WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

This means that your package (s) have not yet been opened and inspected. This status will not change until the package is actually opened, at which point the status will change to RECEIVING. Your items may have been delivered, but the status will not change until they are actually being checked in.

WHAT DOES STATUS "CLOSED" MEAN?

This means that all your items have been safely checked in and your cheque is on the way.

Quick and easy process
I have been using Zapper since 2014 to sell CD's/DVD's on behalf of a local charity. The process is quick and simple. The monetary returns are not great, but probably fair in the current climate. I opt to be paid by cheque which can sometimes take longer to arrive than I would like but thats my choice. Read more

A straight forward,easy to use service.
The Zapper website was clear and easily navigated. Collection of parcels I was sending was efficient. I was notified of the status of my parcels at each stage, including dispatch of payment. The whole process took a little longer than I was expecting, but it didn't matter as I had no urgent need for the money I had earned. Would use this company again. Read more
